Definition
Designation for operational projects, preferably for dealing with non-recurring, predominantly one-off tasks (DIN 69901-5:2009). Characteristics are clearly defined goals or objectives, fixed framework conditions (i.e. the personnel, financial and time requirements are defined before the start of the project), the differentiation from other projects and a project-specific organisation as well as the use of different experts.
