Definition

Used to evaluate (normalize) individual performance with reference to a normal or reference performance in order to be able to use the determined actual times as target times. Characteristics are the intensity and effectiveness of work performance. The determination is linked to collectively agreed prerequisites, e.g. recording and documentation of the work system, selection of trained, familiarized persons, ability of the employee to influence the work result.
