Personnel Requirements

Definition

Describes the quantitative and qualitative demand for employees required to execute tasks and is a part of capacity. The qualitative personnel requirement marks the demands on the performance ability of the employees, e.g. qualification, knowledge, employability. The corresponding requirements are a result of the work evaluation. The quantitative personnel requirements determine the number of employees need depending on the extent of the tasks to be executed as well as on the deployment time (full-time, part-time) taking into account e.g. holidays. The workload can be determined with the REFA-Instruments.-> REFA Time Study, REFA Standard Data Elements.
