Definition
A remuneration principle conclusively regulated by agreements between the collective bargaining parties, with which remuneration is generally differentiated according to requirements and performance. The (performance) indicator is, for example, the quantity output that can be influenced by the employee or the degree of time derived from this. Prerequisites for use: Piecework capability of the work to be performed, i.e. work process can be influenced, is similar, regularly recurring and thus predictable. Tendentially decreasingly applied.
