Definition
The means of production include all objects required in the production of goods, such as buildings, machines, equipment, tools, raw materials, auxiliary materials or operating materials. For technical and economic reasons, their use is necessary for the creation of other economic goods. In this context, means of production can also be used as a synonym for factors of production.
