Definition
Cost component consisting of "direct" remuneration and ancillary personnel costs for employees. Ancillary personnel costs are the employer's contribution to social insurance (unemployment, nursing care, health, pension and accident insurance) as well as the statutory and collectively agreed additional benefits (e.g. payment of public holidays, continued payment in case of illness, holiday pay).
