Definition
Parts of a process selected on a case-by-case basis. Structuring the process sections helps to segment a process into smaller parts without having to adhere to a hierarchy or nomenclature. Structuring the process sections limits and facilitates corresponding analyses and can be performed for all processes, with the exception of operation elements. Process types help to label the types of process sections in more detail.
