Definition
They are standardised building blocks for the illustration, planning and control of corporate processes. They are provided in varying quality and depth of classification, consist of a detailed process description (execution requirements) and the relevant time values. They can be composed of elementary process steps or be described by mathematical context. As planning values, they always constitute basic times. They do not include allowance times or recovery times.
