Definition

Characteristic of process-oriented work organization; characterizes the employees' scope for action and decision-making in the preparation and execution of their tasks, for example, in group and multi-station work organization. It is connected with special work requirements which are significant, for example, within the requirement types "thinking" and "scope for action" according to the ERA-TV.
