Definition
Describes regulations and solutions for the structuring of companies and Institutions into business units, for structuring their cooperation, equipment and their "responsibility". Its documentation is used for business distribution plan and organisational chart. The design of the structure organisation is influenced by the corporate strategy, personal views (owner), factual goals of the company, regional conditions and laws and regulations (e.g. legal form).
