Definition
REFA process type for the work system (R), the human (MTR) and the operating mean (BTR). They comprise the preparation of the work system or the operating means for the completion of the work task as well as – if necessary – the reversal into the original state. In humans, it contains their own preparation for the completion of the work task (e.g. reading work documents). → setup time → setup time minimisation
