Definition
The REFA-System is focused on performance increase by process organisation, work design and work improvement. It incorporates the necessary methods, key figures, data, standards and reference solutions as well as the required knowledge for their correct application. It serves corporate development and management as well as planning, implementation, control and improvement of processes, workflow and work systems in all areas of the company and literally registers every workplace and every employee. The experiences of the employees are explicitly incorporated, (participation) especially in the development of a suitable and cost-effective work organisation or in the further improvement of the latter.
