Definition
Generalised and practically used solutions provided by REFA, especially to unify structuring and designation by using standardised terms, sizes and units in order to ensure e.g. the comprehensibility and transferability of work data. REFA-Standards describe the uniform structure of a work process (process, process type, process structure) or unified time types (work order time, execution time, time per unit etc.)
