Definition
Method for the systematic observation, capture and measurement of work processes. The procedure is described in detail and practiced within the scope of the REFA Basic Training. The results are utilised for the assessment and improvement of the captured situation, as well as for the elaboration of key figures, allowed times and for the development of REFA standard time components.
