Definition
Indicates a performance level that is agreed by collective bargaining and can be achieved in the long term by averagely qualified, sufficiently trained employees in optimized and ergonomically designed work systems without increased effort. Corresponds to the REFA standard performance and is the basis for performance level assessment and performance specifications (e.g. target times).
