Definition

Term for selected, collectively agreed criteria for differentiating work tasks, essentially according to difficulty. Different levels of difficulty are expressed by grades. The evaluation is carried out according to point systems. For collective bargaining areas and branches, the same and different requirement characteristics are common. Requirements are e.g. knowledge and skills (training, education and experience), thinking, scope of action/responsibility, cooperation, communication, leadership. They are defined verbally. Example: "Thinking - Thinking is understood to mean the absorption and processing of information as well as the application of solution patterns and, if necessary, the development of solutions".
