Time Remuneration

Definition

A remuneration principle with a fixed remuneration for a specific time unit (monthly remuneration). It consists only of a requirement-dependent remuneration component. In the case of time-based remuneration with appraisal, the remuneration is differentiated according to requirements and performance. Performance is assessed and evaluated with the help of corresponding performance characteristics.
