Definition
Term for binding agreements between the collective bargaining partners, e.g. between employers' associations or individual employers and trade unions. They contain extensive binding regulations, for example on working time, working conditions and remuneration. In some cases they also contain specifications on the application of methods, e.g. on the determination of work data.
