Definition
Simple method for recording and documenting the work process during a day (shift, also week) by continuously and completely recording and noting the performed process sections with the time required for them in prepared forms, preferably by the employees following instructions (self-recording). This method provides information on the tasks actually performed, which can be used to assess capacity utilisation, for example, and to identify waste.
