Definition
A descriptive tool for comparing the deployability of employees with the deployment requirements, e.g. the tasks to be performed, in matrix form. From this, on the one hand, for example, the need for qualification, and on the other hand, an improved assignment for individual employees can be derived, e.g. in connection with the introduction of a special form of work organization (group work, multi-station work organization).
