Definition
Term for interruptions to the work process within working hours caused by specifications, stress or behavior. Rest breaks are generally regulated by law or by the company in terms of duration and location. They do not count as working time. Planned and unplanned interruptions to the work process and rest breaks, on the other hand, count as working time.
