Founded in 1976, SELK d.d. - a company of the TDK Group - today produces piezo and protective components for the automotive and electronics industry with around 720 employees at its plant in Kutina, Croatia.
Calling on REFA International AG, the globally active company conducted a REFA- Seminar for the top management level at the plant in Kutina as part of a worldwide initiated qualification program.
The in-house seminar focused on REFA time recording methods and the systematic approach to the analysis and design of production processes. At the end of the seminar, all participants agreed that they could use their acquired knowledge to improve the cooperation with the department of work preparation in future.
