The internationally active automotive supplier Grammer, which specialises in the development and production of components and systems for car interior components, as well as driver and passenger seats for off-road vehicles, trucks, buses, and trains, commissioned REFA International to conduct a REFA-Basic-Training at its the Serbian plant in Aleskinac. The course was organised and managed in cooperation with our Slovenian partner PISK. Ten employees from management level in production and the Industrial Engineering participated.
The participants were taken with the direct practical relevance of the training. The topics of Continual Improvement Process (CIP) and process data management were especially interesting to the participants, because the practical exercises could in part be carried out in their own production. This gave the participants the opportunity to carry out time recordings on actual work processes, determining allowed times and comparing these to previous times, in order to meet defined standards.
