At SELK d.d., a manufacturer of electronic devices, in Kutina (near Zagreb), once again a REFA-Seminar with the focus on REFA-Methodology and its practical application took place in the company. Fourteen employees took part in this 2-week training course.
The participants had the opportunity to apply their newly acquired knowledge directly to current topics in the company processes. A variety of projects were successfully managed in teamwork with the help of process analyses, work design and time studies and subsequently presented to the management. The participants approached the tasks with great commitment and the superiors were visibly positively impressed by the results in form of improved processes and an enhancement of the value-added.
