REFA International AG successfully conducted a two-week seminar for ten employees of Fujikura Automotive Romania SRL in Cluj-Napoca - the largest city in Transylvania - in cooperation with its Romanian partner, Effective Flux SRL. The training course was held in rooms of the renowned hotel „Paradis". The participants came from the Fujikura plants in Cluj Napoca and Dej, sixty kilometres away. In both locations cable harnesses for the automotive industry are produced.
The focus of the training was on the REFA-Methodology, time studies, activity samplings, standard data elements, determination of allowance time as well as determination and optimisation of set-up times. In addition to the theoretical knowledge transfer, the course also focused on intensifying the acquired knowledge with the help of many practical exercises. The employees from Fujikura showed great interest and participated with enormous success.
