FLABEG is a leading company in glass finishing and employes more than 1500 staff members worldwide. The company is offering optimal solutions for diverse glass and mirror applications. The headquarters in Nuremberg had REFA International AG design an individual training program. The practical application of REFA-Methods for time studies and activity sampling was the focus of the training. Successful in-house training courses were already conducted in the plant in Furth im Wald (see picture above) as well as Oloví in Czechia (see pic. below). More seminars are planned at the FLABEG plants in Hungary and Brazil.
