End of April and beginning of May 2017 a made-to-measure in-house REFA-Seminar was conducted at Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.u. in Brandys nad Labem, close to Prague. The company manufactures dash boards as well as sound and communication systems on modern equipment for many well-known car manufacturers. With regards to content the focal point of the seminar for the five participants were the modules the REFA-Work System, Process and Time Data, performance degree assessment, conducting and evaluating time recording and activity samplings. Foremost importance was given to the practical exercises directly in production, as the participants are mainly responsible for time recordings within the company, and they were able to implement the gained knowledge immediately. The seminar was held in German and accompanied by a Czech translator. All participants rated the seminar of REFA International AG very positively and took part with great motivation.
