The core business of Kromberg & Schubert is the development and production of complex wiring systems for the automotive industry. The Tunisian subsidiary in Beja specialises in cable harnesses and is, with its floor space of 22.000 m2 and about 3500 employees, one of the group's largest production sites.
Thirteen technicians and engineers from production participated in an in-house REFA Seminar with the aim of optimising production times. The high relevance to practical work was viewed as incredibly positive by the management of the IE department as the participants were able to quickly recognise and implement the link between the imparted theoretical knowledge taught in the seminar and their application.
