Term for the entirety of the knowledge, methods, norms and solutions for work design, company organization and company development that has been developed and distributed by REFA in collaboration with tariff partners as a systematised and authorised method knowledge. It is applied in companies and organizations across different industries and has proven to be successful, for example in connection with the utilization of production systems.
