In Kavardarci, Macedonia, two groups of engineers of the globally operating company Dräxlmaier - renowned supplier of the automotive industry - have successfully completed the REFA-Basic-Training. In addition to the theoretical knowledge imparted during the lessons about Determination and Application of Process Data as well as the optimal design of production processes, the participants also took the opportunity to experience the practical application at their workstations in the factory.
The assessment of the seminar by the participants showed that REFA International AG certainly met the expectations with the implementation of this in-house seminar.
The trainer ended the seminar saying:" You have acquired the methodological knowledge for improving productivity, the received certificates confirm this. Now it is up to you to gather further practical experience and expand it during your day-to-day work.
