The Argentinian company FV is one of the most important competitor in the fittings market. It produces a vast selection of products for bath, kitchen and sanitary facilities in its plant at Villa Rosa, around 60 km from Buenos Aires. Ever since its founding FV has been using REFA-Methods. Skilled workers and managers, including young engineers from the industrial engineering sector, were trained by REFA in recent years with advanced international training courses. Out of the necessity that middle management should also master the basics of REFA-Methods - especially as far as knowledge and practical application of ergonomics and time management are concerned - 25 employees from the master craftsmen level have now been trained. This training enabled the participants to develop the time management according to REFA-Methods in production. Additionally, this training was enhanced with practical exercises on work systems in production.
