BADER is one of the leading international manufacturers of premium leather for the automotive industry. More than 12.00 employees work on five continents globally for BADER. For the international training of its staff the company counts on REFA International AG. In December of 2016, an in-house seminar covering the topics of process design and data determination was held at the Mexican plant in Léon. Employees working at the plant in Jalisco took part as well. The aim of the seminar was to speed-up the implementation of REFA-Methods in the Mexican plants. The training was conducted for a selected number of engineers and managers who participated with great commitment in the group workshops, analyses and case studies. They are now capable of introducing and implementing the REFA-Methods in the company in a uniform manner. An important condition for survival in global competition.
