A REFA-Training Course, lasting two weeks, for the middle management of EPCOS/TDK was implemented in Šumperk, Czechia. The focal point of the seminar was on practical projects, which were used to reinforce the content of the seminar. The participants conducted, for example, REFA time recordings during the manual sorting of ballast ceramic bricks and created REFA activity samplings for the use of operating resources and process types.
All practical examples were evaluated and presented. It became clear that the REFA- Methods or the use of the data determination methods already produced usable results for the company during the training course.
