Dräxlmaier Manufacturing Macedonia in Kavadarci, North Macedonia asked REFA International AG to conduct the seminar “Work Design and Data Determination” locally on-site at the company. During this seminar from the 16th of September to the 4th of October, 15 participants were not only able to gain specialist theoretical knowledge, but to also immediately intensify the knowledge through practical exercises in their own production.
With this in-house training, the third group of work preparation and process engineers has been trained at Dräxlmaier North Macedonia. Again, the participants were very enthusiastic about the scope and direct applicability of the REFA-Methodology.
